About This Project

As part of AVIVA’s framework core of contractors we were asked to undertake works to levels 9 and 10 of AVIVA’s head office in central London. Over the years OPEC Plc have undertaken works across several different levels of their head offices, building up a proven track record and good reputation with AVIVA.

As leaders in their industry, it was paramount that these works for AVIVA were carried out with dedication to delivering the project on time and that every detail was finished to an extremely high standard. OPEC Plc had full-time management on site 24 hours a day for the duration of the project to ensure just that.

The works involved stripping out the original partitions back to Cat A and installing new offices, collaboration areas, breakout spaces, conference rooms and trader desks. These works enabled AVIVA Investors and AVIVA to merge into one site in central London.
